Mom's side of the family in Shenyang

It was cool to visit my mom's side of the family with her. I don't think the last time we visited them together was like 7 years ago, and that was a huge shit show because we were caught in the middle of a family feud and my grandpa had just passed away (and no one bothered to inform my mom until we got there...). :/ It was very good this time though because after long enough, people realize that no matter what, we're still family and nothing comes between family (not even crazy psycho aunts). My mom also took me to my grandma's hometown located in a remote countryside (no paved roads still...). There, we paid our respects to my distant relatives on my grandma's side (my grandpa was an orphan) and also to my grandparent's grave. I think they'd be happy to know that the family is finally 团结 again. :)
